Several months ago we reached out to Paragon Construction while researching ways to renovate our backyard space. We knew we wanted to replace our aging deck that went unused and we wanted to fence in our back yard for our new puppy, but we weren’t sure what that should look like. We met with Scott at Paragon Construction and he listened carefully to what we wanted and walked our home with us. A short time later he delivered a plan for us that was exactly what we were looking for. We moved forward with Paragon Construction for the project and couldn’t be happier. We have received white glove service every step of the way. Every member of their team has conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and had a unified goal to exceed our expectations. This was a substantial project that took seven weeks to complete. Every single day was meticulously planned out and executed with precision by our Project Manager Les and the Project Supervisor Kevin. I can’t say enough about how wonderful these two were. They made sure that every question was answered and progress was clearly communicated daily with photos. In addition to the outstanding service, Paragon delivered a incredible level of quality that is obvious to all who have visited our home since the completion. The construction team took great care in treating our home as if it were their own. The level of quality and craftsmanship far surpasses anything we’ve experienced with any other contractor. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Paragon Construction. The entire team has made every effort to ensure that we were well taken care and that we would absolutely love our renovated outdoor space. Certain details weren't tended. A $4,000.00 deposit was submitted for the work in OCTOBER 2023 and I was not informed until FEBRUARY 2024 that the SAME double window, installed in an adjacent room, was unavailable. I asked TWICE if the floor would be covered prior to demolition and was reassured twice that it would be. DISAPPOINTED, I had to ask demolition team to cover the floor, when I saw they were not going to do so, prior to demolition. I requested the room worked on be EXACTLY THE SAME as the adjacent room renovated by Perez previously. Instead of researching the minwax or OTHER brand of 'rosewood' stain the ZAR brand was used that only offered a darker tint for the trim. Did 2% of renovation cost still cover design (details)?
