I had black ProVia french doors with muntins, or grids in between glass, installed to replace the old sliding glass door. Scott was great with designing the doors, explaining the details, and answering my questions. Joanna, Chris, and John did a fantastic job removing the sliding glass door and installing the new french doors. They were very professional and kept the area clean. After they were done, Joanna made sure my wife and I understood how to operate the center astragal to open the inactive door. Overall, the experience was pleasant and stress free.

Several months ago we reached out to Paragon Construction while researching ways to renovate our backyard space. In addition to the outstanding service, Paragon delivered a incredible level of quality that is obvious to all who have visited our home since the completion. The construction team took great care in treating our home as if it were their own. The level of quality and craftsmanship far surpasses anything we’ve experienced with any other contractor. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Paragon Construction. The entire team has made every effort to ensure that we were well taken care and that we would absolutely love our renovated outdoor space. Certain details weren't tended. A $4,000.00 deposit was submitted for the work in OCTOBER 2023 and I was not informed until FEBRUARY 2024 that the SAME double window, installed in an adjacent room, was unavailable. I asked TWICE if the floor would be covered prior to demolition and was reassured twice that it would be. DISAPPOINTED, I had to ask demolition team to cover the floor, when I saw they were not going to do so, prior to demolition. I requested the room worked on be EXACTLY THE SAME as the adjacent room renovated by Perez previously. Instead of researching the minwax or OTHER brand of 'rosewood' stain the ZAR brand was used that only offered a darker tint for the trim. Did 2% of renovation cost still cover design (details)?
