Similar to previous projects, this one will be completed by a hand-selected dream team. Meredith Ellis of Ellis Design, Chris Sanders of Sanders Architecture, and Catherine and David Wilkes of David Wilkes Builders make up this year's dream team.

So, what were they facing? They are taking a 1980’s house and with a short time line, gutting it, bringing it into line with Austin’s building code, meeting Southern Living’s high standards and making sure to meet the expectations of today’s homeowners exacting requirements.
